To be honest, I like how is my study programme, in general. There are a few things I would like to change. Now, the study programme of my career, cinema, has changed and my generation is the last one to study this curriculum. I have compared my programme with the new one, and I can say it's better, but there are some subjects I think are important to keep. In my study programme, I would like to reduce some subjects. I consider important the subjects we share with journalist students, but some of them take a lot of time, reading or making essays, etc. And, of course, to us is more important our works related to cinema, like producing our short films or recording, etc. I think it doesn't sound very good, but we always need to play tetris with our time at the of the semester. I think that, related to cinema subjects, I would like to add some Art Direction subject and Production earlier. The summer to me is short. The 2 last years, I had just 1 month to enjoy vacations and I can't plan too much. But this year, I'll have more time to do things. To be honest, I don't like the summer because is so hot and I hate those weather. I end up being a zombie, but I like it because I can rest, travel a little and share (and eat a lot). Probably, this summer I'm going to Puerto Montt (our usual destination) and to some places near to Temuco, my city. Last summer was like that and I believe this year is going to be similar. I'm going to travel with my family, my mom and my sister and maybe my dad. He works a lot and I'm not sure if he'll take vacations. And we are going to visit family there, so we'll probably go to another places there with my cousins and aunt and uncle. To be honest, I don't know what kind of job I would like to have in the future. Well, I just know is something related to cinema, but which area, I still can't choose. I started to think about ths since I'm in my third year of career. My conclusions is that I have 3 possible areas: art direction, screenplay or conservation and restoration of films. It's hard to imagine my future job. t was hard to imagine or choose my career and now, my life after university. I like to be outside so, I guess I'd enjoy an outdoor job, but I'm fine too with an indoor job considering that I like to be in a quiet place. So... both are fine. I have a favorite director, who is Wes Anderson. But my favorite movie is not by him. Is The Red Shoes, directed by Michael Powell and Emeric Pressburger, a 1948 movie, with Moira Shearer, Marius Goring and Anton Walbrook. This movie is special to me because I love ballet. And this movie has, as scenary, this world and what involve the creation of a piece of ballet. Is magical how the Hans Christian Andersen's fairytale comes to life and enters into Victoria's life, played by Moira Shearer, who is a ballet dancer in real life. And also, the sidestory which follows every character: Victoria, a young dancer who wants to become a ballerina, the young composer and director who falls in love with the dancer, and the company director, who thinks that the artist must dedicate their life to the their career, but even so, he falls in love with the dancer too and feels frustrated when he discover the dancer and composer relationship. To be honest, I don't know if I have a favorite author. I have a favorite book, but even so, I'm not sure if the author of those books (because is more than 1 book), but i could say she has a great writing style. She is J.K Rowling and of course, my favorite books are Harry Potter. I could name another author, who has a good writing and is Maggie Stiefvater. I like them because they have a dynamic style and when I started to read a book of them, it's hard to stop reading and when I feel that in books and movies (when I want to keep watching it until the end), is my personal thermometer of a good thing. Is not very difficult to choose my favorite or best holidays. They are pretty calm and I usually do nothing. I like to spend the time in my house and rest. That's why, my best, or better said, unfogettable holidays were when I did the opposite. It was years ago, in 2011 and with my family, we went to Purranque, a small town near of Puerto Montt. In that place, lived my grandmother and my family and a lot of uncles, aunties and cousins were there to celebrate the New Year with her. We were there for around 2 weeks and we took her out and we went to a lot of places, Puerto Varas, Puerto Montt, Llanquihue, etc, but the most important, we went to Fresia, the town were my mother and my uncles/aunties grew up.
